Turkish pop singer Sinan Akçıl has stirred a social media debate with his message to Halloween celebrators in Türkiye: 'If Halloween is over, the witches can wash their faces and go back home.'
Akçıl, a singer, composer and songwriter, wrote that Halloween is not Türkiye's custom or holiday, and suggested celebrators could go home, make tea for their fathers and watch a TV series instead.
