Kyrgyzstan's Social Fund proposes pension rises from January 2027
Kyrgyzstan's Social Fund has proposed raising pensions and payments for certain categories of citizens from January 1, 2027, AKIpress reports.
The proposal still needs approval, but it sets the direction for the next budget year: pensioners are first in line for the extra revenue the Finance Ministry now expects. Kyrgyzstan's Finance Ministry has separately raised its 2026 budget revenue forecast by 40 percent.
