Residents of EXPO Boulevard-1, a BI Group complex, reported on November 1 that sewage water was rising over cars, storage rooms and lift shafts, with a stench through the stairwells and flats. They warned of damage to property and a risk of short circuits.
The developer's response was not in the report. For residents, this is the nightmare version of new-build living: a premium address, and sewage at the door.
