Carved wooden ceilings, a secret tunnel, an old fireplace and two stone lions at the entrance. The house stands in Chilanzar, near the Uzbekfilm studio, on a 6.6-sotka plot, about 660 square metres.
The interiors suggest its 1980s residents were not ordinary people, and the listing has turned a property ad into a small piece of Tashkent nostalgia.
