Two people have been arrested in Azerbaijan over the deaths of two men at the Sheki Yaylasi family recreation centre in Shaki, Azerbaijan.
Prosecutors said the centre's manager, Ramiz Huseynov, gave construction of a zipline tower to Abaset Pashayev, who had no licence or specialist education for the work. Investigators found the illegally built tower's steel structure deformed, the zipline came off its cable, and safety equipment failed, causing Ucal Bayramov and Joshgun Mammadzada to fall to their deaths.
Huseynov is charged with negligence and Pashayev with causing two deaths by carelessness. Both were remanded in custody.
