Drivers are treating a central stretch of Tashkent's Amir Temur avenue, Uzbekistan, as a race track, reaching almost 200 kilometres per hour, according to a video circulating in the city.
The stretch runs from Alay market to Yulduz in the heart of the capital. The footage notes the ingredients: no speed cameras, wide roads and long straights, and says some of these runs end in tragedy.
