Kazakh para powerlifter Tursynay Kabyl has added 17 kilograms to her lift and taken a second straight Asian Para Games silver, and now has Los Angeles in her sights.
Kabyl, who also took silver at Hangzhou in 2023 with a best lift of 87 kilograms, told informsports.kz her improvement came from steady work with her coach. She is now building toward the next Paralympic start.
