Fuel has failed to reach Arctic districts in Yakutia, Russia, and shops in Tura and other settlements in Evenkia, in Krasnoyarsk region, are running short of food, Ateo Breaking reports, with a photo of a queue for groceries in Tura.
Remote northern settlements depend on summer deliveries before winter closes the routes, so a missed shipment quickly becomes empty shelves.
