UPDATE: The death toll from the strike on Komyshuvakha, in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region, has risen to 29, with 48 people missing, the regional administration says.
Regional chief Mykhailo Semikin said five people were injured and search and rescue work was continuing. The strike hit a school building being used for humanitarian aid distribution. An earlier toll put the dead at at least 18.
The rising toll makes this one of the deadliest single strikes on a civilian aid site in recent weeks, and it lands as US-mediated talks are set for Abu Dhabi on November 10-11.
