Transfers reached 180 billion 40.9 million manat by September 30, 2026, including 9 billion 628 million manat in the first nine months of this year, APA reports. The fund's assets stood at 74 billion dollars (125.8 billion manat). SOFAZ is the mechanism that turns Azerbaijan's oil and gas wealth into budget spending, and its size is the clearest single number for how much hydrocarbon money the state has to work with.
