The strike hit a medical complex, a target that raises the same question every hospital strike raises: what military purpose could justify it. Ukraine has not reported deaths from this strike so far.
The attack came during a night of heavy strikes across Ukraine, as Russia and Ukraine traded accusations over civilian casualties.
