Sabina Aliyeva has been re-elected as Azerbaijan's human rights commissioner, or Ombudsman, for another seven-year term.
Parliament voted her back in on November 3. She first took the post on November 29, 2019, and by law no one can hold it more than twice.
The Ombudsman is Azerbaijan's official channel for citizen complaints against state bodies, and re-election gives Aliyeva a second full term to run it.
