Kazakhstan's government has approved the national plan to carry out President Tokayev's address, covering 96 measures across 12 areas of social and economic development.
Prime minister Olzhas Bektenov said the plan covers the year of nationwide construction, transport and energy infrastructure, housing and utilities modernisation, industry, farming, digitalisation and artificial intelligence, plus business support, tax and finance, and social support.
Bektenov stressed that every item must be funded and drafted into law on time, with bills reaching parliament, including a capital markets law and targeted tax changes, before the end of the year.
