The Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia has been postponed, and will now run from December 23, 2027, to January 21, 2028, the Asian Football Confederation says.
The tournament was due to run from January 7 to February 5, 2027, and was moved because of unrest in the Middle East.
Kyrgyzstan's national team is among those affected, with an extra year to prepare for a tournament that now opens just before the new year.
