WARNING: Uzbekistan's weather service warns of possible mudflows and floods on November 4 and 5 in foothill and mountain areas of Tashkent region and several other regions.
Nine regions are covered by the warning, according to Kun.uz and Gazeta.uz, after rains that have already soaked the ground. Anyone travelling in the foothills in the next two days should check local warnings before setting out, and stay clear of dry riverbeds when rain starts.
