Türkiye set an October export record, Trade Minister Omer Bolat said, with goods exports up 8.1 percent on the year to 25.9 billion dollars.
Annualised goods exports reached 285.6 billion dollars, above the 282 billion target, and goods plus services hit 413 billion dollars, passing the 410 billion target already in October.
Why it matters: in a year of war-driven energy costs and a lira near 50 to the dollar, an export record is the government's strongest economic argument, and the one it will repeat most.
