A woman who arrived by ambulance at a house in Ukraine's Borshchagivka has been detained, Ukraine's presidential office chief Kyrylo Budanov said, accusing her of reconnoitring the target at least three days earlier with a driver.
The woman, dressed as medical staff, had earlier bought the ambulance car used in the operation.
Why it matters: using a medical vehicle as cover strikes at a basic protection of war, that ambulances are not weapons, and Kyiv is publicising the arrest precisely to mark that line.
