Home prices in Baku kept climbing in October, Azerbaijan's appraisers report.
New-build flats rose 14 percent on the year on average, with the sharpest rises in Sabail (21.8 percent), Yasamal (20.4 percent) and Khatai (18.6 percent). Private houses rose 13.2 percent on average, again led by Sabail at 22.8 percent.
Baku's housing market is running hot, and the centre and the old prestige districts are running hottest of all.
