A woman has died after a car plunged into a ravine in Goranboy, Azerbaijan.
Local media report the victim, Nagile Hasanaliyeva, born in 1962, was the mother of a soldier killed in 1991 during an attack on her village of Todan. Her son, Sirac, was among those killed in that attack.
The crash turns a routine road tragedy into a story the whole district recognises: a family that already lost a son to war has now lost its mother on an ordinary road.
