Yemen's army says it has carried out 1,208 operations against Houthi fighters backed by Iran, killing 370 fighters including field commanders.
The claim, carried by Anadolu Agency's Russian service, says the operations used warplanes, drones, artillery and rocket systems. The figures come from the army itself and have not been independently verified.
If the scale is accurate, it points to a sustained campaign rather than isolated clashes in Yemen's long war, where front lines move slowly and claims are hard to check.
