A fourth earthquake in 24 hours has been recorded in Kyrgyzstan, 24.kg reports, citing the Institute of Seismology.
The magnitude 3 tremor was centred 4 kilometres from Bor-Debe village, 26 kilometres from Sary-Tash and 123 kilometres from Osh, and was felt at magnitude 3 in Bor-Debe.
Why it matters: four tremors in a day in the same southern region will worry residents even at low magnitude, and seismologists will be watching whether the sequence continues.
