UPDATE: The Ryazan oil refinery in Russia is on fire after a Ukrainian strike overnight, according to Azerbaijan's APA news agency.
The refinery, a supplier of aviation fuel and diesel to the Russian military, was hit in the early hours of November 5. A drone danger alert had been declared in the region around 2 a.m., and open-source analysts reported a large fire at the plant.
It is the latest in a run of Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries, which have disrupted fuel supplies across Russia in recent weeks.
