The Uzbek side from Karshi trailed 2-0 at half-time away to Kuwait's Al-Kuwait, then turned the game around in the second half. Bobir Abdikholikov scored twice and Oybek Rustamov added the third in a 3-2 win.
The result leaves Nasaf third in their group on four points after four games. They host Bahrain's Al-Khaldiya next, at home on November 25.
