A gas explosion has injured one person in Tashkent's Chilanzar district.
A gas and air mixture ignited in an apartment in a multi-storey building in the 23rd quarter of Chilanzar, the capital's emergency services said. One person was hurt.
It is the second gas explosion reported in Tashkent today, after a blast in Uchtepa district earlier in the day also left one person injured.
