The European Union has allocated 4.36 billion euros to Ukraine, most of it for the state budget and the rest for defence.
Of the total, 3.7 billion euros will fund the budget, and 658 million euros will go to defence needs: drones, missiles, radars, electronic warfare systems and air defence ammunition.
The money keeps Kyiv's government running and its air defences stocked, at a moment when the war's end is being discussed more openly than at any point this year.
